Do we have to submit an Annual Return if there is no election or annual general meeting for the year? Our society's election is held, say bi-annually.
Yes. A society must submit an Annual Return every year, even if no election or AGM is held that year. If no AGM is held, submit it once in that calendar year within 1 month after the end of the society's financial year.
