The Keyboard Cover is faulty, how do I get it replaced?

You will need to send the keyboard cover to Asiapac Technology Pte Ltd service center to make an exchange. Do contact the service hotline (6272 0088) to check for stock availalbility before making a trip down to their service center. Service centre address: 219 Henderson Road.
