The iPad / Apple Pencil is faulty, how do I get it serviced?
Students should first seek assistance at the school IT office to assess if the issues can be resolved by troubleshooting.
For Apple iPad / Apple Pencil issues with the devices, students will need to bring to any of the 4 following Apple service center for support.
1. Apple Store @ Jewel Changi Airport
2. Apple Store @ Orchard Road
3. Apple Store @ Marina Bay Sands
4. QCD Technology @ Westgate
Note: Depending on the nature of the cases and devices a service fee may be chargeable.
