I am accepting vouchers via the RedeemSG Merchant App. How can my staff scan vouchers on my behalf?
Your staff can download the RedeemSG Merchant app on their own device, and log in using the same shop code that was issued to you by the campaign organiser.
Get all your staff to download the app and log in with your shop code, so customers can spend their vouchers at your stall even when you are not there.
