You can use this code to onboard your staff. 2) If you are logged out of the RedeemSG Merchant app: If you signed up with a CDC Ambassador and received your shop code before, please check your SMS inbox for a message from RedeemSG or gov.sg . The SMS should look like this: (SHOP NAME): Your merchant account for RedeemSG has been created. Your shop code is XXXXXX. You may log into the RedeemSG App using your mobile number and key in this code to gain access. If you cannot find the SMS, please contact us here .
