How does it work?
The self-serve portal seeks to provide a faster way for you to apply for financial assistance online.
As part of the application, we would require you to fill in the following details:
Personal Information
Family / Next-of-kin living with you information
And for you to upload the following documents to help expedite the application:
Latest bank statements for you and your spouse's accounts
Latest payslips/CPF/IRAS statements for you and family
Any other supporting financial documents
Upon submission, our staff will review your application and may contact you for further information. Please attend your appointment as scheduled regardless of whether you hear from us or not - unless specifically told not to.
