Under Singapore’s political salary framework, the annual package of the Speaker comprises a monthly salary, 13th month bonus and the Annual Variable Component (AVC).

With effect from 15 October 2026, assuming AVC is 1 month, the Speaker is paid an annual salary of S$900,000 and the Deputy Speaker is paid S$135,000.
