How do I appeal for a parking fine/summon?

Parking fines and summons are issued by the agency that manages the carpark, not by Parking.sg.

To appeal your parking offence notice(s), please submit an application via the respective carpark management's online appeal channel.

  1. Identify the government agency that manages the carpark on your notice slip i.e. URA, HDB

  2. Identify the notice number

  3. Visit the respective sites to submit your appeal

The relevant officers will investigate your case and reply to you directly.
