I believe I was charged double / overcharged
This is because our app batches up multiple past parking sessions into a single card statement to reduce clutter on your card statements.
Parking sessions payments will be batched every $5 or 2 days (whichever is earlier) into bills. So, you may find that some Bill IDs contain only one session whereas some are a combination of two or more sessions.
To check your payment history, simply refer to the 'BILL' tab under the History page in the app. There, you can match the Bill IDs and their charges against the assigned Bill ID under your credit card statement. If everything matches up, then there's no need to worry! We hope that this clears up any confusion you may have had about our payment batching process.
