Why am I seeing a preview of the post message on my home screen?

Parents Gateway has introduced a new Message Preview feature. It's turned ON by default so you can quickly see key details - such as shortcuts, links, attachments (if any) - without opening the full post.

To change this setting:

  1. Open the Parents Gateway app.

  2. Go to Profile -> Settings -> Post display settings.

  3. Toggle Message Preview ON or OFF anytime you like.
