Why can I only view one year's worth of posts? How do I view posts older than one year?
You can access posts on Parents Gateway (PG) for up to 6 years while your child is enrolled in a school using PG. There are two ways to view older posts:
View from Completed Tab
Go to the Home Screen
Select the "COMPLETED" tab
Scroll to the bottom
Tap 'Show more posts' to load previous years' posts
Search for Specific Posts
Tap the magnifying glass icon on the Home Screen
Enter keywords from the post title
Scroll to the bottom
Tap 'Search older posts' to find matching posts from previous years
Important Information About Access
Access to your child's PG profile and posts ends on 31 December of their graduation year
If your child later enrols in another institution using PG, you will regain access to their profile and previous posts (up to 6 years)
