If your child is registering for Primary 1 in this year's P1 Registration Exercise, you will likely receive access to Parents Gateway (PG) in May of the same year. This early access is to allow the Ministry of Education (MOE) to share information about the registration exercise and other helpful details for your child's journey to Primary School.

If you encounter difficulties accessing PG after the initial onboarding in May, we seek your understanding to wait till the end of November, where your child's primary school will be able to grant you access to PG. Should you still have issues accessing PG after November, please approach your child's Primary School for assistance.

It is important to note that PG is not the registration portal for the P1 registration. Please be assured that access to PG is not required to register your child for P1.
