I am unable to log in to PG. What do I need to do?

You will need to have Singpass to log in to PG.

1) Please try the following approaches if you are facing login issues with Singpass:

  • Please contact Singpass if you require assistance with your Singpass account.

  • Update your Singpass app and try to log in to PG again.

2) If there is a change in your FIN/NRIC number, please contact your child's school directly in order to gain access to PG.

3) If you do not have a Singpass account, please contact your child's school to arrange for communication via alternative channels (e.g. email).

4) If you see the "Unable to access" error message, please contact your child's school directly. PG draws our data from the school database and your information might be missing/incorrect.
