Only when you choose to send it. There are two cases:

• Scam Reports: If you report a message, that message and the sender’s number or handle are sent for review. You will see what is being submitted before you send it, and nothing is sent if you don’t tap through.

• Analytics (optional, off by default): If you switch this on, the app sends aggregated information about scam patterns it detects to our servers, to help us refine our AI models. It does not send your message contents.

Everything else stays on your phone. The app does not need an internet connection to scan messages.
