For onePA registrations/bookings, can I get a refund for my online or over the counter payment?

Refunds are generally not allowed unless the Community Club/ PAssion Wave Outlets/ imPAct@Hong Lim Green subsequently cancels or reschedules the course, activity or booking. In such cases, the PA outlet will contact the caller directly for the refund to the payer.
