Yes, you can choose to sign up for the PAssion EZ-Link Card at $12 (between 18 - 59 years old) or $10 (below 18 years old and above 60 years old) for a 5-year membership via www.onepa.gov.sg or MyPAssion App under the e-Card module. 

You are also eligible to sign up for the PAssion POSB Debit Card at any time
