I received an email confirming that my marital status was updated, but my Singpass profile remains unchanged. What should I do?

Updates may take approximately 3–5 working days to appear in Singpass following the email notification. Please refresh your Singpass profile and check again.

To refresh your profile:

  • Open the Singpass app.

  • Tap My Profile > View all.

  • Tap the three dots (…) at the top right, then tap Refresh Profile.

  • Tap Family to view your marital status.
