We were both foreigners when we married in Singapore and have since become SC/PR. Do we both need to submit an application to link our SC/PR ID to our marriage, or is it sufficient for just one of us to submit an application?
Both of you are required to apply separately. You can do so through the 'Our Marriage Journey' portal at https://www.marriage.gov.sg/marital-status-update under “Linking New ID to Local Marital Record”.
