My marital status update is still processing, but I need to apply for my HDB Flat Eligibility Letter urgently. What can I do?

You can manually enter your marital status in the HDB e-service form by selecting the "Clear MyInfo" button, then choosing your marital status from the drop-down list before continuing with your application.

If you encounter technical errors during your HFE application, contact HDB directly at HDB | Write to Us, including screenshots of any errors and noting the date and time of your attempt.
