How can I determine that my father is my lawful Wali?
Your father is your lawful Wali if the following conditions are satisfied:
a. Bride-to-be is conceived after her parent's marriage;
b. Bride-to-be parent's marriage is lawful in accordance with Syariah Law;
c. Bride-to-be is not an adopted child.
