How do I retrieve my certificate?

Certificates issued from May 2026 onwards are available digitally via FileSG. Log in at https://www.file.gov.sg using your Singpass to retrieve your certificate. If learners cannot access your certificate through FileSG, or if your certificate was issued before May 2026, please contact us at go.gov.sg/obsenquiry with your full name and the course attended
