What should I do if I have lost my certificate?

Certificates issued from May 2026 onwards are available digitally via FileSG. Log in at https://www.file.gov.sg using their Singpass to retrieve their certificate. We recommend saving a copy of their certificate for their records. If learners cannot access their certificate through FileSG, or if their certificate was issued before May 2026, please contact us through go.gov.sg/obsenquiry with their full name and the course attended.
