Is it mandatory for all participants, including non-swimmers, to wear Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) during water activities at OBS?

Personal floatation devices (PFDs) will be provided to all participants and it will be mandatory during water activities. The instructor will also take progressive approach which includes conducting water confidence test at shallow waters before moving on to deeper waters.
