If I lost my Personal Learning Device (PLD), how does the insurance, warranty and replacement work?

The insurance claim will be at Lenovo's discretion on a case-by-case basis. The insurance will be exhausted while a replacement PLD will be provided by Lenovo. The warranty is not affected.
