After 4 January 2027, your Trusted Persons will no longer be able to access any personal information, funeral plans, or will records you have shared with them. They will still have access to other information shared with them, such as your Advance Care Plan, CPF Nomination, and Lasting Power of Attorney. We recommend letting your Trusted Persons know about these changes so they can make alternative arrangements.
