My next-of-kin just passed away at home. What should I do?
You should engage a doctor to verify the cause of death. The doctor will certify the death online, which will be automatically registered with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
You will be given the death document number, date of death and deceased's ID (that was used by doctor during death certification), which are needed to download the digital death certificate from My Legacy.
