Once someone passes on, can I directly proceed to Mandai crematorium to cremate immediately? Do I need to book with NEA?
For post-death matters related to cremation, you can refer to this webpage on My Legacy.
You do need to apply for a permit to cremate via the NEA ePortal. You should submit only one application.
If you need to make changes or cancel the approved permit, contact the service counter at Mandai Crematorium directly.
To book a cremation slot at Mandia Crematorium, you can:
Visit the Mandai Crematorium Service Counter (during opening hours)
Book online using the NEA ePortal
Your funeral director can help you with this. If you need to make changes to the date or time of the confirmed booking, please do so in person at the Mandai Crematorium Service Counter.
