Step 1: Donor log in with Singpass to OPG’s website to indicate details of Donees and the type of powers granted to them.

Step 2: Donees will receive a confirmation SMS/email, in which they must log in to OPG’s website via Singpass and accept the Donee’s appointment.

Step 3: Donor must proceed to book an appointment with Certificate Issuer to certify their LPA.
