What has been done to empower our local madrasah educators and its educations?



Our Asatizah have undergone trainings every quarterly to deepen their understanding on the new enhanced pedagogies and better teaching methods to develop better educational tools for our madrasah students. It is necessary to start training early so that teachers are able to work through changes in thinking, through preparation and practice in the new types of pedagogy. Among the trainings identified for teachers to undertake for the change process and to facilitate the learning and teaching of the new JMS curriculum include, but is not limited to Understanding by Design (UbD), instructional methods that focus on transformational learning, holistic assessment approaches, digital literacy skills, 21st century skills, inter-personal and intra-personal skills and child development needs.
