You can exercise this option by filling up the 'Change Application' form available on https://www.muis.gov.sg/Media/Forms and submit it to Muis. Upon processing, we will issue you a MBMF Opt-out Certificate thereafter. You will then have to notify your employer who shall cease to make the contribution.

Kindly note that you may choose the period for opting out. If no period is stated, the opt out shall be permanent.
