As an outsourced or payroll managing agent, how do I access and manage Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal functions on behalf of my client?
As an outsourced or payroll managing agent, you can manage payment details and submit GPL claims on behalf of your client, provided your client has assigned you the appropriate CorpPass roles.
What roles do you need?
Manager role — Required to provide and update information via the "Manage Payment Details" page on behalf of your client.
Preparer role — Required to submit GPL claims on behalf of your client.
When logging in to the GPL Portal, select "UEN" if your client is a UEN-registered entity, or "Non-UEN" if your client is a non-UEN entity.
How your client assigns you the relevant roles
Your client must complete the following steps via CorpPass:
Log in to CorpPass and click "Assign selected e-Services".
Select your CorpPass user account.
Select "Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal" and click "Next".
Select the role(s) and CPF Submission Number (CSN) to assign to you.
Click "Next" to verify, then "Submit" to complete.
For a breakdown of roles and functions available in the GPL Portal, refer to the CorpPass roles FAQ.
