How do I set up and manage CorpPass access for the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal?

Updated by MSF

Before any CorpPass user — including outsourced agents — can access the GPL Portal, your CorpPass Administrator must assign both "access" and "authorisation" roles to each user via the CorpPass website. There are two parts to this setup process.

Who is my CorpPass Administrator?

Only your entity's CorpPass Administrator or Sub-Administrator can assign roles to CorpPass users in the GPL Portal. To find out who your CorpPass Administrator is, visit www.corppass.gov.sg and navigate to Services > Find Your CorpPass Admin.

What roles can be assigned in the GPL Portal?

There are three roles available, each with different levels of access:

  • Manager — Can maintain the company's contact and payment details, and view all company information including submitted GPL applications, childcare leave taken by employees, and Shared Parental Leave (SPL) declarations.

  • Preparer — Can submit GPL applications and view all company information as above, but cannot maintain contact or payment details.

  • Reader — Can view all company information as above, but cannot submit applications or maintain details.

Part 1: Setting up the GPL Portal as a digital service

  1. Log in to CorpPass and click "Select Entity's e-Services".

  2. Search for "Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal" in the search box.

  3. Select the checkbox next to the GPL Portal and click "Next".

  4. Enter your CPF Submission Number(s) (CSN(s)) and click "Next". Your CSN must begin with your entity's UEN. For example, if your UEN is 123456789Z, enter 123456789Z-PTE-01.

  5. Verify all entries and click "Submit".

Part 2: Assigning users and roles

  1. After logging in, click "Assign selected e-Services".

  2. Select the CorpPass user account(s) you wish to assign access to.

  3. Select "Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal" and click "Next".

  4. Select the role(s) and CSN you wish to assign to the selected user.

  5. Click "Next" to verify, then "Submit" to complete.

  6. If your entity has multiple CSNs, repeat Part 1 (from Step 2) for each CSN to assign roles and access to specific users.
