I am recently self-employed and have no Notice of Assessment (NOA) from IRAS yet. How do I submit a claim under the Government-Paid Leave Schemes?
Recently self-employed persons (SEPs) without a Notice of Assessment (NOA) from IRAS can still submit a claim under the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Schemes:
Submit your claim through the GPL portal.
If your claim is rejected, submit a request for further assessment.
For SEPs without an NOA, the Self-Employed Reimbursement Board (SERB) will assess your claim under the Child Development Co-savings (Leave and Benefits) Regulations (CDCR).
You will need to submit proof of income. Accepted documents include:
Bank statements
Invoices
Profit and loss statements
Payslips
CPF statements
The exact documents required will depend on your individual case.
