When will the Childcare Leave enhancements be implemented? Can they be brought forward earlier?

​We are working closely with our Tripartite Partners to ensure smooth implementation for both employers and parents. Legislative amendments would also have to be made, which will take some time. Furthermore, as the new Shared Parental Leave scheme was only fully implemented from April this year, we will need to provide employers with some time to adjust. ​
