What should I do if signing is completed in Singpass Sign Portal but OPGO does not update?

Wait for the page to return or finish loading. If needed, retry the signing step.

If OPGO still does not show the signature as completed, capture the date/time, screenshot, application reference if available, whether the issue occurred during Donor or CI signing, and contact OPG for assistance.
