What happens after a hardcopy LPA is revoked?

OPG will destroy the original hardcopy of the registered LPA and any other copies in OPG’s possession after the LPA is revoked.

OPG will also upload the Reference Number of the revoked LPA on its ‘List of Revoked and Suspended LPAs’ on the OPGO portal and OPG website.
