Ø Immediate family members are the child’s grandparents, or any other siblings below 21 years old who meet the following criteria:

(1) Live at the same address as the applicant,

(2) Not working, or do not have any source of income

(3) Singaporean, PR or Foreigners with valid passes (e.g. LTVP, LTVP+, Student Pass, Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, Work Permit, other passes of duration more than or equal to 2 years, etc.).
