What is the Student Care Financial Assistance (SCFA) eligibility criteria for Special Student Care Centre (SSCC)?
a) Your child is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with at least one immediate family member in the same household who is a Singapore Citizen.
b) Both parents should each be working at least 56 hours/month
c) The gross household income (GHHI) threshold is $9,200 or less for families with 4 or fewer members, or a per capita income (PCI) of $2,300 or less for families with 5 or more members. Please visit SG Enable Website for more information on the subsidies
d) Child is attending an MSF-registered SSCC and is aged 7 to 18 in the year of application/ renewal.
