Can I open a Child Development Account (CDA) with Standard Chartered Bank if my child was enrolled in Baby Bonus before 1 July 2024, but I have not opened the CDA under my chosen bank of Standard Chartered Bank?

If your child's Child Development Account (CDA) has not been opened, you can only open CDA with DBS/POSB, OCBC, or UOB. Please submit your enquiry through go.gov.sg/contact-bb for further instructions on how to select a different CDA bank before account opening.
