If your Child Development Account (CDA) has not been opened yet after enrolling your child in the Baby Bonus Scheme before 1 July 2024, it is because the CDA opening was previously incomplete. Please submit your enquiry through go.gov.sg/contact-bb to find out how to open the CDA for your child to receive the Baby Bonus benefits.
