Yes, you can submit a request through go.gov.sg/contact-bb for a change of Child Development Account (CDA) bank before account opening.

For foreigners who select UOB, you will need to obtain a digital Letter of Authorisation (LOA) from MSF before visiting any UOB branch for account opening.
