Eligible expenses that can be supported include the following:

a) research and development costs,

b) vendor fees for prototype development, technology and software development,

c) pilot implementation costs, and

d) training for solution usage

Ineligible expenses that will not be supported include the following:

a) space rental, buying of unrelated equipment

b) marketing and outreach
