Proposals will be evaluated by a panel based on the following criteria:

a) Relevance: Proposal should address a valid need in the Early Childhood sector

b) Innovation and Feasibility: Clearly articulates a new approach or potential to make significant improvement over existing practices. Proposal should be technically and operationally feasible within timeline

c) Scalability: Potential to scale across the sector beyond Sandbox, of interest to other preschools
