I am a self-employed person and have submitted a claim under the Government-Paid Leave Schemes (GPLS). However, I would like to request a reassessment of my income calculation used for determining my claim amount.
The formula for GPLS reimbursement for self-employed claims are as follows:
Formula: (Net Trade Income x D) ÷ (W x 52 weeks)
Where:
D: No. of workdays that parent has taken GPL
W: Weekly index
For reassessment of income calculation, you may provide us with the latest Notice of Assessment (NOA) and reason for reassessment here.
Please be aware that if the reassessment results in a lower claim amount than what was previously disbursed, you will be required to refund the difference.
