Can Government-Paid Leave (GPL) be paid directly to the employee as the employer is not granting him/her the entitlement?
Employers are obligated to grant Government-Paid Leave (GPL) to employees who meet the eligibility criteria. Leave arrangements are based on mutual agreement between the employer and the eligible employee. Hence, both parties should discuss on the leave arrangement.
