What is the Shared Parental Leave (SPL) entitlement?

The Shared Parental Leave (SPL) entitlement is up to 6 weeks of leave for children born on or after 1 April 2025 and 10 weeks of leave for children born on or after 1 April 2026, reimbursable/payable by the Government.
