How does the IPA benefit parents and SCCs?

msf-logo
Updated by MSF

The IPA provides a six-month validity period for parents to explore various SCCs options and offers clarity and assurance on SCFA eligibility and subsidy tier. It allows parents to compare co-payment amounts across centres and helps lower-income families as they will not be required to pay for the upfront fees when they enrol their child. IPA also provides assurance to SCCs about the subsidy tier and SCCs can advise parents on the co-payment based on the subsidy tier indicated in the IPA.
