Once the Child Development Account (CDA) closes on 31 Dec of the year your child turns 12, unused funds in the CDA will be automatically transferred to your child's Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) under the Ministry of Education (MOE), up to the PSEA cap applicable to your child. 

Hence, CDA-related requests cannot be processed once the CDA is closed.
