To identify which customer the transaction came from, the merchant may direct the customer to check their Child LifeSG Credits transaction history on the LifeSG app and take a screenshot of the transaction, which will include the reference number for the transaction. This screenshot can then be sent to the merchant to match the reference number that the merchant received for the transaction.
