I am a merchant and my customer used the Large Family LifeSG Credits for a transaction. How do I verify the payee for the transaction?

Payments utilising the Large Family LifeSG Credits will have the payee reflected as "MSF - Families" in the merchant’s bank statement. Each transaction will have a reference number.

To identify which customer made the transaction came from, the merchant may request the customer to provide a screenshot from the LifeSG app showing the transaction and its reference number. Merchants can then match this reference number with the corresponding entry in their bank statement.
